What would push this up
- Civil work — breaking an existing platform, or moving the sink
- Gas pipeline rerouting or a new electrical circuit for the oven
- Tall units and a pantry pull-out instead of open loft storage
- A second corner unit, lift-up flaps, or profile lighting throughout
- Waterproofing an already-damaged wet zone
What would bring it down
- Keeping a sound existing carcass and refacing the shutters only
