  1. The final invoice matches the signed quotation. Changes happen only through a written change order that you approve.

  2. ₹500 per day is credited to you for every day past the committed handover date, with no cap and no argument.

  3. 10-year carcass, 5-year hardware, 3-year finish warranty. Claimable in the app, with a named owner and a 48-hour first response.

  4. ₹10,000 damage protection on every service booking, covering anything our professional breaks in your home.

  5. 90-day warranty on parts-replacement repairs and 30-day on service work, stated on the invoice.

  6. We share the board and hardware invoices with every customer, so you can verify what went inside the cabinet.

  7. Every professional is background-verified, and their photograph is shared with you before they arrive.

  8. Diagnosis and price are confirmed before any work begins. Our technicians are not permitted to negotiate on site.
