What is and is not included

Both lists are set in the same type at the same size. If something matters enough to promise, the limit matters enough to print.

  • All cabinet exteriors, handles and shutter edges degreased
  • Countertop cleaned and, if stone, sealed with a food-safe sealer
  • Backsplash tiles and visible grout lines scrubbed
  • Sink, drain mouth and waste pipe degreased and deodorised
  • Chimney baffle or mesh filters removed, soaked and refitted
  • Chimney oil collector, blower housing and duct mouth cleaned
  • Hob burners, caps, drip trays and glass top degreased
  • Floor, skirting and plinth washed at the end
  • All consumables, our own equipment, and our own water if needed
  • ₹10,000 damage protection and a 30-day service warranty

Not included

  • Cabinet interiors — that is a separate ₹849 service, and we will say so rather than do half of it
  • Refrigerator, microwave or oven interiors — add Full Kitchen Revive instead
  • Replacement chimney filters, if yours are beyond cleaning (quoted before fitting)
  • Grout that needs stripping and re-pointing rather than scrubbing
  • Any repair — a loose hinge is logged and quoted, not fixed on this visit
  • Removing hard-water scale that has etched into stone
  • Pest treatment, ceiling, windows and utility area
  • Moving heavy appliances that are plumbed or gas-connected

  5. Walkthrough, invoice, ratingIf anything is not right, it is redone before the professional leaves. Invoice and warranty land in your account.

Cancellation and rescheduling

Free until 2 hours before your slot. Inside 2 hours we retain ₹199 and refund the rest within 5 working days. You can reschedule once at no cost, up to 30 days out.

What we need from you

Running water and a power point. Please clear perishables off the counter. You do not need to empty cabinets — interiors are not in scope for this service, and we would rather say so than quietly skip them.

Warranty on this service

30 days. If the chimney suction has not improved or a surface was missed, we return at no charge. This does not cover re-soiling from normal cooking, which is what the Shield plans are for.
