We refuse orders that break the ergonomic rules. Work aisle below 42 in, no landing space beside the fridge, or a hob closer than 24 in to an unprotected surface — we will redesign or decline. A kitchen that looks good and cooks badly is a failure we have to live with for ten years of warranty.

We never discount the headline price. If we can move, we add value — usually a free year of Shield. A company that drops 20% when you hesitate was overcharging you at the start, and you will wonder what else moved.

This is the single page most competitors will not show you. It is the reason our quotes are occasionally higher and our replacements are rare.

Board and hardware purchase invoices are shared with every customer at handover. If the brand on your invoice is not the brand in your cabinet, the kitchen is replaced at our cost.

If the carcass is sound, refacing costs roughly a fifth of a rebuild and takes four days instead of three weeks. We will tell you which one you need after the survey, in writing, with photographs.

Payment is 40% advance / 40% at material delivery / 20% at handover. Any company asking for 70% upfront is funding a different customer's kitchen with your money.

- Discolouration from direct sustained sunlight on shutters
- Appliances, which carry their own manufacturer warranty — we log and claim on your behalf
- Normal wear on aerators, filters, gaskets and consumables
