Carpenter kitchen to modular, carcass replaced
The existing carcass was particle board and had already swollen under the sink. Refacing would have been cheaper and would have failed within three years, so we quoted a full carcass replacement and showed the moisture damage in photographs before the customer decided.

Refaced, not rebuilt — ₹74,000 instead of ₹2.6 lakh
The survey found a sound BWR carcass with eight years of life left in it. We said so. New grey acrylic shutters, new hardware, a quartz countertop and a chimney upgrade came to under a third of a rebuild, and the work took four days.
This is the quote we lose money on and win customers with. Two of the three referrals that followed became full Studio projects.

A large kitchen that cooked badly, replanned around an island
178 sq ft and almost none of it usable — the sink was eleven feet from the hob and there was no landing space anywhere. We moved the wash zone, added a prep island, and held a 48-inch aisle because two people cook here every evening.
This one ran 6 days late. The sintered countertop slab arrived cracked and the replacement took a week. ₹3,000 was credited automatically under the Fixed-Price Promise, and the customer was told the day the factory flagged it.
